How pricing works
Perch's price depends on a few things, and you see it in writing before anything is held.
What decides the price
How many therapists we bring, how many hours they work, how far we travel and how many people sit.
Therapists: one chair for each
Hours: the length of your day
Distance across the metro
Seat length of ten, fifteen or twenty minutes
The written quote
Send us the date, the place and the headcount and we reply in writing within one business day. The quote shows the team, the hours and the seat length. Nothing is held until you accept it.
Deposits
A deposit may hold the date for a larger event. It goes toward your day, and the written quote shows it before you agree.
Canceling or running late
Please tell us at least seven days ahead to move or cancel. If weather, illness or a closure gets in the way, tell us and we will find another date.
More chairs or more hours
If more people sign up than expected, we can add a therapist or an hour when a therapist is available. Nothing is added unless you say yes.
Tipping
Tipping is optional. Guests may tip their therapist, or your office may leave a thank-you at the sign-up table.
